How can one tell it is Spring in
Miami? It is not easy. The seasons are not very noticeable this far south. We
go from a lot of heat to a little less heat. We then have two or three days of
sweater weather and right back to heat. However, there is an event that can
help you know Spring has arrived. It is the Miami Watercolor Society Spring
Exhibition.
This year’s exhibit was juried by
award-winning artist Mike Bailey. It is
always exciting and a little intimidating to enter your pieces for judging. I
am happy to announce that my abstract, “Dive In” has been accepted to the
exhibit. This exhibition is not to be missed. The art is fabulous, not to
mention the live music and wine.
