It's Love!

It is Easter Sunday. A day when Christians celebrate and families get together. My husband and I decided to have Easter brunch at a local winery;  a beautiful setting with wonderful food and wine.

As we sat outside enjoying the food and view,  we discovered a love story taking place before our eyes. A young couple were excitedly sharing that they had just gotten engaged on this very special day. They decided to take a walk through the vineyard before brunch. The guy surprised his girl by secretly dropping an Easter egg along their walk. He asked her to pick it up and as she opened it, he got down on one knee and proposed.

How appropriate that on a day when we celebrate Christ's love for humanity and the love of family, we see a a couple starting a life together. Here is the couple and the place of their engagement...................
